The reservation can be made online up to 12 hours before airport arrivals and 12 hours before any pick-up on our Site https://www.blacklimopr.com.
The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the standard or online reservation. The actual total amount due will finally be calculated upon completion of the trip. Waiting time, after-hour fees, airport fees, and additional stops are not included in the estimate and may be charged at any time.
* Private Greeter service is available upon request with an additional charge of $35.00 per hour min of 4 hours and it must be requested 60 hours prior to the service time.
* All after-hour trips between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am "Overnight Fee" will apply an additional charge of $55.00 per transfer.
* Services provided on holidays such as New Year’s Eve & Day, Christmas Eve & Day, and Thanksgiving Day will apply an additional charge of 50%.
For All Domestic Airport Arrivals & Non-Airport: - 15-minute grace period after landing time. /// For all international flights & FBO Arrivals, 1.5-hour service charge is always applicable. All metro area Point-to-Point transfers have 15 Minutes waiting time after the hour, if it exceeds that time, the hourly charge will apply in fractions of 30 minutes. The fare quoted by email or the website does not necessarily include any additional stops made during your trip.
Any stops done during your trip will incur the following additional charge: $55.00 for Sedan, SUV, Sprinter, or Van and $75.00 for a Mini-Bus, Party Bus, or Motor Coach. The stop fee is based on up to 30 minutes of stop time. If exceeded the 30 minutes then the hourly rate will automatically apply with the required minimum per vehicle.
CHILD SAFETY SEATS:
Child safety seat(s) are provided at the discretion of the company or the customer and it's available at the time of request/service and has a cost of $20.00. Black Limo LLC assumes no responsibility for any injury or damages suffered by the user. As such, this device must be installed by the client only. Chauffeurs are neither authorized nor certified to install this device.
AIRPORT ARRIVAL PROTOCOL:
A chauffeur will meet passengers inside the baggage claim area for domestic flights or outside of customs for international flights. The chauffeur will be in clear-eye view with an iPad with the passenger’s name or with the company logo. We will monitor all flights and arrive at the airport when necessary. A grace period of 30 minutes is given on all inbound flights after which the appropriate waiting time will be charged. Lost luggage, diverted flights, lack of gate, and slow luggage arrival could possibly induce waiting time charges. Chauffeurs are not allowed to assist with luggage inside the airport terminals because of union laws & protocols but once outside the terminal our chauffeurs will gladly assist with luggage, however, chauffeurs will offer porter service at the client’s expense. IF YOU DON’T SEE YOUR CHAUFFEUR, PLEASE CALL OUR 24-HOUR DISPATCH AT 787-665-5783 or 787-643-3234. IF YOU FAIL TO CALL, CANNOT FIND YOUR DRIVER, AND LOSE YOUR SERVICE, FULL CHARGES WILL APPLY.
CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS:
BLACK LIMO LLC requires that all changes be received by phone or email at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If a change made less than three hours prior to pick-up cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full or partial charge to the customer.
FLIGHT INFORMATION POLICY:
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate flight information (airline and flight #) at the time of booking. If one is not provided at the time of booking, BLACK LIMO LLC is not responsible for delays in pickup.
LOST & FOUND PROPERTY:
BLACK LIMO LLC, or its chauffeurs, are not responsible for lost or stolen items. In the event that lost items are found, BLACK LIMO LLC will attempt to return the item(s) in a timely manner at the owner’s expense.
VEHICLE CLEAN-UP FEE:
All vehicles requiring excessive cleaning due to vomit, mud, sand, pet hair/odors, will incur the following charges: $200.00 for Sedans, SUVs, Sprinter Van, and Limousine; all other vehicles will be $300.00 or more depending on the severity. All of our vehicles are non-smoking. The client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). If smoking does occur, the client will be charged a minimum fee of $350.00.
If anything is missing from inside the vehicle, there is a minimum $200.00 replacement fee. If the passenger damages the vehicle, the passenger or booker will be responsible for all costs to repair the vehicle. Final charges for the trip are determined upon ride completion.
LATE CANCELLATION OR CHANGED & NO-SHOW POLICY:
Airport & Non-Airport One-way Transfer Cancellations for Sedans, SUVs, or Vans.
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled pick-up, follow the cancellation policy.
Our Limousine Service can be changed within up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. Changes will be subject to the availability of vehicles, drivers, and schedule. Black Limo LLC, reserve the right to make any change to your reservation.
If you need to cancel a scheduled pickup, to avoid being charged for the service, you must cancel your reservation seventy-two (72) hours before the pickup time. This policy does not apply to round-trip services, only the first scheduled service will be considered for this rule, and the second scheduled service will not apply for this 72-hour rule. Cancellation request "YOU MUST PROVIDE THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER SERVICE TO BE CONSIDERED A CANCELLATION" also has to comply with the privacy policies. This request of 72 hours of cancelation will be considered and evaluated from the moment our employees receive the request by email in our office. Any reservation canceled within a seventy-two (72) hour period of the scheduled pick-up time, will be charged the full price of the service, including Base Rate & Driver Gratuity.
Airport & Non-Airport One-Way Transfer Cancellations for Sprinter Vans, Mini Buses & MCI’s.
Cancellations within 90 days of your scheduled pick-time are subject to the full-service charge as quoted.
By The Hour Reservation Deposits & Cancellations.
The deposit amount is determined by the vehicle's hourly rate. All deposits are billed at the 3-hour minimum rate. Cancellations within 90 days of the service date are subject to the full deposit amount charged. No refunds apply.
No Shows & Driver Onsite Cancellations.
Subject to the full-service charge plus any applicable wait time charges. All deposits are applied toward the total balance due.
Local Weather & Traffic Conditions.
Local weather and traffic conditions may not allow on-time pickups in all service areas, BLACK LIMO LLC shall not be held responsible for adverse or abnormal conditions. To preserve the safety of our chauffeurs and passengers BLACK LIMO LLC has the right to cancel any scheduled service due to severe weather and/or unsafe conditions. We are not responsible for and do not discount any trip due to a flat tire and/or any unforeseen mechanical and/or accident condition. We do our very best every day to provide the best possible experience when using our service.

CREDIT CARD & PAYMENT PROCESSING:
Credit cards are processed immediately or depending on the service date & account type. The charges will appear on your statement as the date of processing, not the trip date, and will be reflected in the bank card statement under the name Black Limo LLC Puerto Rico. All transactions are handled in a safe, encrypted format by a secure server to ensure our customer’s maximum security and the assurance that your information stays confidential, private, and safe.
CREDIT CARD BREACH POLICIES:
Charge for breach; The client accepts and is responsible for all damage caused and all attorney charges incurred by the service charge of uncollected credit cards.

When traveling with BLACK LIMO LLC in a Luxury Sedan, SUV, Mini-Van, Limousines or Vans, a mandatory 20% of gratuity will apply.
BLACK LIMO LLC also strongly suggests the use of seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. The client agrees that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s). The client(s) agree(s) that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of misconduct or Drug use by the client or their party, or if the Driver is or feels threatened, the chauffeur has the right to terminate service and this agreement without any refunds and drop all passengers off at the nearest safe location; full charges will apply. The client holds BLACK LIMO LLC harmless and is not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of the client and/or their party. The client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by the client or their party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Any actions that cause damage to our vehicle(s) can result in an extra charge(s). If passengers are minors, the divider stays open and a phone number(s) of one or more of the minors' parents must be provided to the chauffeur prior to the start of service. If any underage drinking or drug use occurs, the service will be terminated immediately with no refund. The minors will be returned to the original pick-up location and the parents will be called. If one party agrees to waive its right to enforce any term of this agreement, it does not waive its right to enforce such term or any or all other terms of this agreement at any other time. BLACK LIMO LLC does not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific time due to circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, traffic and road conditions, storms, etc., and shall not be held liable for claims resulting in delays from such conditions. BLACK LIMO LLC cannot be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to unknown and/or unforeseen mechanical failures. BLACK LIMO LLC reserves the right to substitute the contracted vehicle in the event of such an occurrence mentioned above with a vehicle of like kind and quality. The client waives all claims for consequential damages and agrees that liability shall be limited to the costs accrued for the disputed service. BLACK LIMO Executive Transportation cannot control "Acts of God” or pandemics and passengers are riding at their own risk.
INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS:
BLACK LIMO LLC and the client each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party from and against all claims, actions or causes of action, liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and costs arising from the defense of any claim, action, cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from any act taken or committed by BLACK LIMO LLC or the client pursuant to the performance of each party's obligations hereunder. BLACK LIMO LLC and the client each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party for any claim, action, and cause of action and liabilities which may be asserted by third parties arising out of the performance of either party's obligations pursuant to this contract, except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Regardless of the place of this agreement, the Client agrees that any disputes arising from this contract will be litigated or arbitrated in San Juan, PR. In the event any legal action is taken by either party against the other party to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, it is agreed that the unsuccessful party to such action shall pay to the prevailing party therein all court costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, and expenses. This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA.
The client has read the terms and a condition stated above and agrees to all stated terms and conditions. The client hereby authorizes BLACK LIMO LLC to charge the credit card on file for any transportation-related services, which may be rendered through BLACK LIMO Executive Transportation.
